The Shire Avesbury 8 x 6ft Pressure Treated Wooden Log Cabin boasts fully framed single doors and a joinery-quality opening window. Its tongue and groove roof and floor sit on pressure-treated bearers, and the door and window positions are interchangeable. The door includes a pad bolt and a full-length piano-style hinge. Walls are constructed from interlocking 19mm thick timbers—50% thicker than typical garden buildings—while the roof and floor are 12mm thick. Supplied untreated, it's ready for paint or stain after assembly. Internal (floor) dimensions are critical, building dimensions are to the edge of the boards. The internal eaves height is a spacious 6 inches (1825mm). Note: This cabin is supplied as individual log boards, assembled length by length from the floor, not pre-made panels. Crafted in the UK from high-grade, FSC-approved Northern European Pine. Assembly instructions and mineral roof felt are included.
